What do I need to bring in order to rent?
We will need to see a valid driver’s license and we take an open deposit (credit card imprint). The driver’s license must match the name on the credit card.
What hours are considered a full day rental?
We offer four scenarios for a full day rental:
· 7 AM – 4 PM Monday – Saturday.
· 12:00 Noon – 8 AM the following morning (excluding Sundays).
· 4 PM – 12:00 Noon the following day (excluding Sundays).
· Saturday 4 PM – Monday 8 AM.
· We offer 24 hour rates for an additional fee.
What hours are considered a half day rental?
A half day rental is 7 AM – 12:00 noon or 12:00 noon – 4 PM.
We also offer a half day overnight rental if the item is picked up just before 4 PM and returned by 8 AM the following morning (excluding Saturday evenings).

Yes, we do offer delivery service to the local towns listed below for most items. Please call to find out the delivery rates to your location.
What type of hitch is required on towable equipment?
All of our towable equipment is adaptable to either a 2 5/16″ ball or a pintle hook. You must have a lighting hook up from vour vehicle to the towable equipment before it leaves our premises. We have adapters for most vehicles.
Non-Refundable $100 Deposit on All Canopies
All canopies require a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. This deposit is applied towards the TENT ONLY, i.e. if you cancel the tent and keep the table and chair reservation, the deposit will not be applied. You have up until TWO WEEKS before the event to cancel the tent, or the remaining balance on the tent will be charged. Often, we have to turn away customers for the tent that was held for you and are therefore missing out on a possible rental.
What forms of payment do we accept?
We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Also debit cards with a Mastercard or Visa logo.
If a deposit is required, it must be put on a credit card, no cash.
